Event Coordinator/Manager

Leth’s Vibe and Chill Special Edition: A unique day-to-night cultural experience that combines creative education with live entertainment, celebrating the intersection of music, community, and artistic expression. This special edition transforms the traditional concert format into an immersive creative journey.

Volunteer Duties

  • Welcome and register guests at the front desk.
  • Manage ticket sales and distribute wristbands/passes.
  • Provide general event support as floaters, assisting wherever needed.
  • Help manage the lobby table (information, merchandise, or giveaways).
  • Support performers and speakers with stage transitions and setup.
  • Assist the media team with photography, videography, or live updates.

Age Requirements

18 years old or above

Saturday, October 25, 2025 (11am-2pm)

  • Part One: Free Songwriting Workshop (11am-2pm)
  • Part Two: Leth’s Vibe and Chill Party (4pm-9pm)
