Art Auction VIP Night Bartender Volunteers

Art Auction VIP Night is a private event that invites the donors, sponsors, and artists that make Art Auction possible for a special preview featuring refreshments, the chance to mix and mingle, and a tour of the donated items.

Volunteer Duties

  • 1-2 Bartenders to mix and pour drinks.
  • Maintain a clean service station. 

Age Requirements

18 years old or above

Other Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or above
  • Pro-serve required

Schedule

Tuesday April 14, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Call time for volunteers is 4:45 p.m.

The Southern Alberta Art Gallery Maansiksikaitsitapiitsinikssin is now welcoming applications from qualified individuals to join its volunteer Board of Directors.

In order to stand for election, prospective Board Directors must have a current Gallery membership (available online or in-person at the Gallery). Interested candidates are strongly encouraged to review the Gallery’s Bylaws (available here), the Board of Director Roles & Responsibilities (available here), and familiarize themselves with the organization’s work prior to submitting their application.

The Gallery is interested in prospective Board Directors who can provide leadership in the following areas: arts and culture; capital projects; finance; fund development; legal; and technology/IT. The Gallery is committed to continually working towards more equitable systems and practices and expects prospective Board Directors to uphold this commitment through ongoing support of inclusivity, diversity, equity and accessibility at the organization. We welcome applications from candidates who identify as Indigenous, Black, racialized, LGBTQ2S+, d/Deaf and disabled, and from historically disadvantaged backgrounds.
