To relieve poverty by providing simple amenities such as help completing government forms and budgeting assistance and financial planning services to individuals or families who are poor, of low income, or in need.
To advance education by providing workshops on topics related to financial literacy to the public and to individuals or families who are poor, of low income, or in need.
To undertake activities which are ancillary and incidental to the achievement of the above charitable purposes.

Womanspace Resource Centre
Womanspace Resource Centre is a community-based organization that has been active in Lethbridge since 1993 and has been a registered charity since 2021.
Our vision: A thriving community where all women are empowered to have financial independence.
Towards that vision, Womanspace runs a free income tax clinic affiliated with Canada Revenue Agency’s Community Income Tax Volunteer Program operated by a part-time staff person and several volunteers. We also collaborate with other community-based organizations to offer financial literacy sessions.
We are looking for one or two new board members.
