Website and Platform Manager
The Lethbridge Helpers provides free online tutoring for elementary, junior high, and high school students throughout Southern Alberta. We are a youth‑run organization partnered with the YouthInspirED Foundation (Halifax, Nova Scotia) and YWCA Lethbridge.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people to help grow our team of volunteer tutors. If you like meeting new people, staying organized, and contributing to something meaningful, this role could be perfect for you.
All work is conducted remotely, offering flexibility to work from home.
Volunteer Duties
- Add new tutors to our online platform.
- Keep our website updated with current information, pages, and content.
- Make sure links, forms, and pages are working properly.
- Help with simple tech troubleshooting when needed.
- Support basic SEO tasks (like updating titles and descriptions) to help more people find our program.
- Suggest ways to make our digital processes easier and more organized.
Age Requirements
18 years old or above
Other Requirements
- Comfortable using basic online tools (Google Drive, forms, website editors)
- Organized, reliable, and willing to learn
- Problem‑solver who likes figuring out simple tech issues
- Clear communicator
- Interest in technology, websites, or digital tools
- No advanced technical background required, just enthusiasm and a willingness to help

Commit 2–3 hours per week.
