Lethbridge International Film Festival Event Volunteers

Lethbridge International Film Festival is a multi-day international film festival taking place from Friday, April 17th, 2026 to Monday, April 20th, 2026 showcasing films by underrepresented voices including BIPOC and feminist creators.  The festival will feature global and local film screenings, premieres and special events such as Q&A sessions, live performances and immersive experiences.  Designed to foster community engagement and cultural inclusion, the event bridges local talent with global creativity, with volunteers supporting event coordination, guest management and logistics.

Volunteer Duties

  • Registration Team volunteers will manage guest check-in and serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience.
  • Logistics and Operations Team volunteers are responsible for managing event resources, equipment and technical operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Event Coordinator volunteers will oversee the planning and execution of event activities, ensuring all aspects run smoothly, on schedule and in alignment with the event objectives.
  • Media Team volunteers are responsible for capturing, documenting and promoting the event through visual and digital content, enduring strong visibility and storytelling across platforms.

Leth’s Vibe & Chill (LVNC) Electro Edition 2026 is a ticketed multicultural electro showcase and creative fundraiser schedule for May 1, 2026. Hosted by the BIPOC foundation, the event will feature one headliner and 6-8 curated performers. The event is also strategically connected to the High Level Innovation Conference where Leth’s Vibe & Chill will serve as the official evening after-event for the conference.
