High-Level Innovation Conference Event Volunteers

The High-Level Innovation Conference is a two-day gathering of thought leaders, innovators, and community members exploring cutting-edge ideas and solutions. As a volunteer, you will be the backbone of this event, helping with logistics, registration and ensuring every session runs smoothly.

  • Suitable for individuals who are intermediate in English.

Volunteer Duties

  • Registration Desk Team volunteers will be responsible for welcoming guests and managing event check-in processes to ensure a smooth and organized entry experience.
  • Floaters/Lobby Table & Media volunteers will be assigned to the lobby, tables and media area to provide flexible support across key front-facing spaces, ensuring smooth operations and guest assistance.
  • Media & Hospitality Team volunteers will ensure a positive experience for media personnel, special guests and partners by coordinating support services and maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Floaters and Stage Support volunteers will assist with the smooth execution of stage activities, ensuring transitions and technical coordination run smoothly.

Lethbridge International Film Festival is a multi-day international film festival taking place from Friday, April 17th, 2026 to Monday, April 20th, 2026 showcasing films by underrepresented voices including BIPOC and feminist creators.  The festival will feature global and local film screenings, premieres and special events such as Q&A sessions, live performances and immersive experiences.  Designed to foster community engagement and cultural inclusion, the event bridges local talent with global creativity, with volunteers supporting event coordination, guest management and logistics.

Dance camp is a transformative program focused on celebrating BIPOC culture through dance and art.  Youth participants will develop technical skills, explore cultural identity and engage in artistic expression through dance, photography and painting.  The program will culminate in a grand showcase featuring choreographed performances and art exhibits with volunteers supporting workshops, coordination and event logistics.

Leth’s Vibe & Chill (LVNC) Electro Edition 2026 is a ticketed multicultural electro showcase and creative fundraiser schedule for May 1, 2026. Hosted by the BIPOC foundation, the event will feature one headliner and 6-8 curated performers. The event is also strategically connected to the High Level Innovation Conference where Leth’s Vibe & Chill will serve as the official evening after-event for the conference.
