PAACT is looking for volunteers to help support our Second Chances, Second Treasures Garage Sale on Saturday, July 18th, 2026 in a variety of roles from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No previous experience is required just kindness, reliability, and a willingness to help make a positive difference for pets and the people who love them.
Volunteer Duties
- Setup and unloading at Henderson Lake
- Event support throughout the day
- Takedown, cleanup, and redistribution of unsold items
Age Requirements
18 years old or above
Other Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry donations/items
- Must be reliable, respectful, and compassionate
- Ability to work collaboratively with volunteers and community members
- Comfortable engaging with the public in a professional and friendly manner
- Flexible availability is appreciated but not required
Schedule
- Saturday, July 18th, 2026 (7:00 a.m. setup and unloading at Henderson Lake)
- Saturday, July 18th, 2026 (9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. event support)
- Saturday, July 18th, 2026 (4:30 p.m. takedown, cleanup, and redistribution of unsold items)
- Volunteers are not required to be available for the full duration of an event. If you have limited availability, please let us know in advance so we can appropriately plan volunteer coverage and scheduling.
