Community Connect (formerly Keep in Touch Program)
A volunteer calling program where you are paired with one (1) senior (by social worker).
This is a remote volunteer opportunity with the option to meet with your senior once a month at the LSCO Community Connect Coffee Group.
Volunteer Duties
Provide an isolated senior with one-on-one weekly telephone support.

Schedule
- Minimum commitment of 6 months.
- Required to complete 4 hours a month.
