Board of Directors Treasurer Volunteer
The Lethbridge Folk Club is looking for a dedicated individual to take on the role of Club Treasurer. The successful candidate will have plenty of support and will be mentored in the role. A business or accounting background is helpful. We are looking for someone to join the Board as a volunteer and team player, who may enjoy music.
Volunteer Duties
- Prepares monthly financial reports.
- Accesses banking information and creates transactions.
- Completes other financial reports as necessary.
- Participates in Annual Audit Review.
- Advises the Board on Financial Matters
Age Requirements
Must be 25 or older
Other Requirements
- Some bookkeeping or financial experience would be helpful.
- An organized individual wo is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule
- Starting in September of 2026.
- 5-10 hours per month on average.
- Monthly Board Meetings.
