United Way of Lethbridge & South Western Alberta

United Way Lethbridge & South Western Alberta is looking for new members for its Board of Directors who care about building a stronger community.

Since 1941, United Way has funded and partnered with local programs that help children, families, and individuals move from crisis toward stability and opportunity.

We believe better decisions happen when our board reflects the communities we serve, which is why we’re looking for people with diverse backgrounds, perspectives, professions, and lived experiences. Whether you’re a student, a tradesperson, a healthcare worker, a business owner, or someone with lived experience of the challenges facing our community, your perspective matters.

While board service comes with important legal and governance responsibilities, we provide orientation, mentorship, and ongoing training to help you grow into the role with confidence.
