Volunteer Lethbridge Opportunities
Are you looking for a way you can make an impact in your community? If so, Volunteer Lethbridge is currently recruiting for our Board of Directors. Volunteer Lethbridge is a support network for both volunteers and non-profit organizations. We provide opportunities for people to contribute to their community, and support the organizations leading the charge.
A skilled Administrative Assistant will undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. This position is an integral member of the team – ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and that Volunteer Lethbridge is poised for success in supporting volunteers, our programming, and our community.
There will be two (2) supervisors: the Volunteer Coordinator and the Operational and Human Resources Coordinator. The supervisors provide continuing or individual assignments by indicating generally what is to be done, limitations, quality and quantity expected, deadlines and priorities. Additional, specific instructions are given for new, difficult, or unusual assignments. The volunteer uses initiative in carrying out recurring assignments. The supervisors assure that the work is technically accurate and in compliance with instructions or established procedures.
Training is provided.
