Extendicare Fairmont Park

Extendicare Fairmont Park is a supportive living home to up to 140 residents. Situated on the south side of Lethbridge, Alberta, we are a Designated Supportive Living continuing care centre with suites set up for bariatric care, supportive care units catering to the needs of those with dementia and couples suites.
