In this role as a Volunteer Coordinator, you will get to help recruit, organize, and support our amazing volunteers. You’ll be the key contact for volunteers, ensuring they have a great experience while helping bring live music to the community. With this opportunity, you will gain experience in volunteer management and coordination, develop leadership and collaboration skills, get the chance to meet local musicians, and gain volunteer hours and experience (if requested). Volunteer Duties
- Recruit and onboard new volunteers
- Schedule and coordinate volunteers for events
- Communicate with volunteers to provide updates and instructions
- Ensure volunteers feel supported and appreciated
- Help match volunteers with tasks that fit their skills and interests
- Maintain a database of volunteer contracts and availability
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to volunteer management
