Vice-Chairperson Volunteer
Looking for a dedicated volunteers who has experience in being on a board and fundraising to aid in the mission to provide client centred life skills programming in southern Alberta.
Volunteer Duties
- Carries out duties of the Chair in absence of the Chair
- Provides leadership for the board
- Attend fundraising events that are held
- Maintains and ensures operation within the bylaws
- Encourages the board’s role and participation in strategic planning
- Performs duties necessary to promote the success of events if other directors are unable to accomplish tasks
- Carries out other duties assigned by the board
Age Requirements
18 years old or above
Other Requirements
- Previous experience on a board would be preferred
- Experience Fundraising
Schedule
- Monthly, Tuesday night meetings
- 10- 15 hours monthly
- Two year commitment
