Venue Set Up Volunteers
The event represents a premier celebration of Black entrepreneurial experience in Canada, now entering its third year. This distinguished black-tie event brings together 200-400 business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and community stakeholders for an evening of recognition, networking, and advancement of the Foundation mission.
Volunteer Duties
- Assist with arranging tables, chairs, stage elements, and event décor.
- Help set up registration, networking, sponsor, and award areas.
- Ensure venue layouts align with event plans.
- Support event staff with general setup tasks.
Age Requirements
18 years old or above
Schedule
- Friday, November 6th, 2026 (5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.)
- Saturday, November 7th, 2026, (12:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.)
