Spanish Instructor for Seniors Volunteer
Nord-Bridge is currently looking for a volunteer to instruct a class size of 8-10 for a level 2 Spanish class (depending on experience). We need someone to teach to our seniors between the ages of 55-95 years old who are just learning the language once a week on Tuesday mornings.
Volunteer Duties
- Need to be a reliable individual who has previous experience working with seniors.
- Will teach a Spanish class once a week on Tuesday mornings to a group of seniors.
- Lead and instruct on the basics of Spanish such as Grammar, sentence structure, and more.
- Create a class outline for each week and handouts for the participants to refer to later.
Age Requirements
Must be 21 years old or above
Other Requirements
- Must have previous experience teaching language classes.
- Has worked with Seniors and is willing to learn from suggestions.
Schedule
One hour per week for a eight week session. Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m.
