Give back to Waterton Lakes on Parks Day! Join staff in their efforts to keep spotted knapweed from spreading along Cameron Creek below the waterfall. Stop in for an hour or spend the whole morning – this is a great activity for the entire family.

Meet at Cameron Bay on Saturday, July 20, anytime from 9 am to 12:30pm to learn about this invasive plant and how to pull it. Entry to the park is free for volunteers who register in advance!

Volunteer Duties

Pull knapweed along the Cameron Creek below the waterfall.

Other Requirements

  • Ability to perform light physical labour – bending over, pulling weeds.
