Newcomer Welcome Event Volunteers

Join in creating a welcoming space that celebrates diversity, connection, and community on Saturday, April 18, 2026.
Volunteer Duties
Choose from the following roles. Please note that each role has a different shift time (see Schedule):
- Bussing – picking up garbage and keeping area tidy.
- Coffee and Tea Service – making sure it’s well stocked and tidy.
- Greeters – greet guests as they come in and direct to various areas and agencies.
Age Requirements
18 years old or above

Saturday, April 18, 2026
- Bussing:
- 10:45am–1pm, OR
- 1pm–3:15pm
- Greeters:
- 11am–3pm, OR
- 10:45am–1pm
- Coffee and Tea Service:
- 10:45am–1pm, OR
- 1pm-3:15
