Lethbridge and District Music and Speech Arts Festival
Lethbridge and District Music and Speech Arts Festival. This event will take place in various locations downtown Lethbridge.
Volunteer Duties
- Secretary volunteers will be given information for the scheduled session and adjudication sheets for each participant to record the adjudicator’s marks on an enclosed sheet and fill out the required certificates for each class.
- Stage Marshall volunteers will be given a Marshall’s program and a folder outlining your responsibilities plus a schedule for your assigned sessions. It is the volunteers responsiblity to read the adjudicator’s bio at the start of the session and announce each performer.
- Entry Desk volunteers will be given information outlining your responsibilities and a float. It will be the volunteers responsibility to take payment for entry into each session via cash or card and to sell programs.
