Latin Fest 2026 Volunteers

Volunteer Duties

• Friday, September 4th, 2026
  • Loading materials into the truck at the Multicultural Centre.  (12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.).
• Saturday, September 5th, 2026 – Event Day
  • Unloading material from the truck at Henderson Lake Park (9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.).
  • Set Up in different areas includes fences, tables, chairs, tents, flags and other items as needed (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.).
  • Assist at the SAEA information booth by checking in performers and vendors, giving people directions, answering questions etc.  (12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.).
  • Wrist Banding people going into the beer gardens (12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.).
  • Bussing tables in the beer gardens (12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.).
  • Assist with kids activities by supervising and helping where needed at the bouncy castles, face painting, and airbrush tattoos (2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.).
  • Teardown at Henderson Lake: (6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.).
  • Unloading supplies at Multicultural Center: (7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)
• Volunteers may be asked to help in different areas if needed.
