Latin Fest 2025 Volunteers
Suitable for Seniors
Volunteers are needed to help with Latin Fest 2025. There are multiple roles to help with this event. Please see Volunteer Duties below.
Volunteer Duties
Volunteers are needed to assist in a variety of areas including:
- Friday – Load cube van with items for event at park.
- 12pm-5pm
- Friday – Set up ballrooms for After Dark White Party.
- 2pm-5pm
- Set Up – Help bring materials to Galt Gardens and support setting up for event.
- 9am-12pm
- Help to set up tents in the Park at various locations at Galt Gardens Park.
- 9am-12pm
- Help to set up Beer Gardens Fencing/tables and chairs for Beer Garden.
- 9am-12pm
- Assist with Children’s Games area (bouncy castles, and other activities).
- 11:45am-3pm
- 3pm-7pm
- Assist with tear down of event and bring items back to the Multicultural Centre.
- 8:30pm-10:30pm
- Bussing Tables in Beer Gardens (Outdoor) 18+.
- 12:00pm-3pm
- 2:45pm-5:45pm
- 5:30pm-7pm
Age Requirements
18 years old or above
Requirements
- Dependable.
- Enjoy working with others.

Various shift available on Friday, July 4, 2025 and Saturday July 5, 2025. Please see the Volunteer Duties section.
