Companion Volunteer – Warehouse/Food Recovery

We need Companion Volunteers!

Volunteer Duties

  • While volunteering themselves, Companions Volunteers assist people who have a mental or physical disability, who do not have a support worker, but can do a task with some supervision.
  • Tasks involve those in Warehouse and Food Recovery.


  • Age: 18 years old or above


Mostly a 3-hour shift. Generally 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm, but can be a shorter shift.
