Community Christmas Dinner Volunteers
Help make a difference this Christmas and help make this special event a warm and welcoming celebration for everyone — especially those in need.
Volunteer Duties
Saturday, December 20, 2025
- Food Prep-peel potatoes, additional food prep
- Decorating ballrooms with linens on tables, centrepieces
- Set up backdrop for musical guest (backdrop)
- Dishwashing-rinsing and running dishes through sanitizer
- Clean Up-help to tear down tables, stack chairs and put away after event
Age Requirements
Must be 18 years old and above
Schedule
Saturday, December 20, 2025
- Food Prep-with shifts from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
- Decorating ballrooms with shifts from 12-1:30 pm
- Set up backdrop with shifts from 12-1:30pm
- Dishwashing with shifts from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm
- Clean Up with shifts from 6 pm to 8 pm
