Fabric & Yarn Sale Volunteers

The Harambee Grandma 9th annual Fabric & Yarn Sale will take place October 23 and 24.
Volunteer Duties
Volunteers are needed:
- Carry bags or boxes of fabric and other sale items to their cars. There are stairs involved
- Help remove boxes if items did not sell from the tables
- Take down signs
- Disassemble cardboard boxes to prepare for recycling and carry them out of the hall
- Fold tables and put them away in the table storage room to take them to another room in McKillop United Church
- Carry boxes of items that did not sell and reload them into vehicles. Stair are involved
- Help pick up any garbage and sweep the hall
Age Requirements
Must be 16 years old and above
Other Requirements
The Harambee Grandmas 9th annual Fabric & Yarn Sale will take place October 23 and 24.
Schedule
Saturday October 24 from 3:45-6pm
Volunteers should arrive at the main south entrance of McKillop United Church at 3:45pm to sign in
